Software-Aktualisierung schmiert immer am selben Punkt ab

Wie im Titel schon steht, stürzt die Softwareaktualisierung immer dann ab, wenn der Fortschrittsbalken um die 75% steht. Aus der Fehlermeldung werde zumindest ich nicht schlau.

Version ist 10.4.2

Irgendjemand eine Idee, wie ich zu meinen Updates komme, und nach Möglichkeit die Software-Aktualisierung wieder repariert bekomme?

Festplattendienstprogramm ist das Zauberwort bzw einen Versuch wert.
Tiger CD einlegen, neustart und dann c drücken beim hochfahren.

Das Installationsprogramm startet, Sprache auswählen und oben in der Menüleiste das Festplattendienstprogramm starten.

Musste kürzen, da sonst zu lang. Hilft das irgendwem, und ich sollte nochmal alles posten, oder ist das eh sinnlos?

Bei meinem Tiger hatte ich die gleichen Probleme, allerdings nur bei den "dicken" Updates, 10.4.2-->10.4.3 da stürzte Update auch immer (bei Fortschrittsbalken ca. 75%) ab, Abhilfe brachte die manuelle Instaltion des Updates direkt bei Apple, danach ging auch die Updatefunktion wieder.

Alternativ könntest Du mal versuchen, ob "softwareupdate" im Terminal funktioniert bzw. ob da eine aussagekräftigere Fehlermeldung erscheint.
