hab ein großes Problem, mein Mac Book Pro stürzt ständig ab, ist in den letzten Wochen extrem schlimmer geworden, nach diversen Versuchen den Fehler einzugrenzen vermute ich langsam dass trotz ausführlichem Hardwaretests doch ein Speicher defekt ist oder sowas. Kann es vorkommen das ein Hardwaretest nichts ausspuckt, aber trotzdem ein Defekt vorliegt?

Daten: Mac Book Pro i7 2,66 Ende 2010 (MacBookPro6,2), 4GB Ram etc.

Hab alles ausprobiert: Parameter RAM, Zugriffsrechte, Ausführlicher Hardwaretest, externe Geräte getrennt, alle Updates (Firmware etc.)

Ich krieg hier echt nen Anfall, mir wurde von Apple ein Löschen und Neuinstallieren empfohlen, hätte ich gerade nur nicht soviel Zeit, viele Projekte etc.

Abstürze kommen bei diversen Situationen, Photoshop Stapelverarbeitungen, Browser öffnen etc., ist auch schon während der Screensaver aktiv war passiert.
Zack, schwarzer Schirm, Feierabend.

Hat noch jemand eine Idee? Und wichtig, kann Hardware defekt sein trotz Testergebnis findet nichts?

Hardware kann defekt sein, auch wenn nichts im Hardwaretest steht.
Steht etwas sinnvolles in den Logs?
RAM kannst du testen indem du jeweils einen Riegel raus nimmst und jeden RAM in jeder Bank probierst.
 
ja, auch wenn der AHT nichts an Fehlern ausspuckt, kann es trotzdem einen Fehler geben, ich würde mal wechselweise den Ram tauschen und mit einem riegel booten, wenn du hast, eine ext. HD mit bootfähigem system, mal davon booten und sehen was passiert, welches system hast du ? Lion oder SL ?
das hier kannst du mal machen, es könnte Abhilfe schaffen, ausserdem kann es auch an der HD liegen, auch wenn sie noch nicht sooo alt ist, also auch nicht ausser acht lassen, BACKUP in jedem Fall machen, hier zu den Tipps:


1. sicherer Start: beim Neustart die shift taste gedrückt halten, dann abwarten bis er fertig ist, dann neu starten


2.wenn du dir sicher bist, was du da tust, aber wenn du den Anweisungen folgst, kann eigentlich nichts schiefgehen, hiermit wird ggf. ein defektes Filesystem repariert,

mac neu starten mit gedrückten tasten CMD + S,
Sobald der Bildschirm schwarz mit weisser Schrift erscheint, sofort loslassen,

ganz unten steht dann Root:

da gibst du ein : fsck (1xleertaste) ßfz, daraus wird -fy, ( oder gleich -fy eingeben , an stelle von ßfz) ist richtig so, dann drückst du Enter und wartest, bis dann kommt :
The Volume Macintosh HD appears to be ok

wenn nicht, Prozedere solange wiederholen, bis ok kommt,
zum Schluss gibst du dann ganz unten bei root : reboot ein, Enter drücken und warten, dann bootet der Mac neu

viel Erfolg !

noch eine Vermutung, die aber nicht zutreffen muss,
sofern das Book sehr stark belastet wurde und öfter sehr "heiss" geworden ist, könnte auch das verbindungs-Flachkabel zur HD einen Defekt haben ;)
insofern wäre ein test mit ext. HD booten eine ausschussmöglichkeit dieses Fehlers
 
…und gibt es eventl. Log Einträge zu diesen Fehler?
Programme/Dienstprogramme/konsole, dort alle Meldungen zum Zeitpunkt des Ausschaltens anschauen.
Bei einem Bekannten trat dieses Problem bei grafikintensiven Anwendungen auf und es war eine Art Notabschaltung, da ein Überhitzungsproblem vorlag.

Mac ist während des Lesens der Antworten übrigens wieder abgestürzt...

Vielen Dank für die Tipps, das Meiste davon hatte ich schon ausgeführt, werd es aber auf jeden Fall noch mit dem SMC Reset versuchen.

Log Files geben nichts her, hatte ich schon mal reingeschaut.

Überhitzt war er auf jeden Fall bisher auch noch nicht, das sollte ich schon wissen, aber an die Leistungsgrenze muss er nie, Standardmäßig kommt die CreativeSuite zum Einsatz, dabei hauptsächlich Illustrator, InDesign, PS...
Ansonsten selten Filmschnippselei und den üblichen sonstigen Klimbim, Musik, Internet etc.

Backups sind natürlich schon gemacht, arbeite ohnehin nur mit externen Platten,
da bleibt fast nur iTunes.

RAM wollte ich ja auch schon mal rausnehmen um zu testen, blöde Frage, wie sieht es da nun eigentlich mit Garantie aus, muss die Kiste ja richtig öffnen um da ranzukommen, ist ja nicht mehr so wie früher wo es dafür eine extra Öffnung gab...

Schade, ist nach 17 Jahren Mac der erste Rechner der so viel Ärger macht...

Garantie ist kein Problem.
RAM würde ich als erstes checken, da deine Problem sehr stark an RAM Probleme erinnern.

... und wenn du einen Hard Reset (Powertaste > 5sek drücken) machst, kommt beim Neustart ein "Kernel Panic" - stimmt's?

Falls ja, gib kurz Bescheid. Dann kenn ich das Problem und weiß, wie Abhilfe zu schaffen ist.
 
@ Olli: Ne, danach sieht es leider auch nicht aus, Wenn er abstürzt ist alles schwarz, wenn ich die Hand auf den Rechner lege scheint da noch was zu laufen, da kommt aber nix mehr, nach dem Hard Reset kommt einfach nur mein ganz normaler Startschirm, nach der Anmeldung hab ich nur den üblichen schlauen Hinweis: "Sie haben den Computer aufgrund eines Fehlers ausgeschaltet bla..."
 
OK. Taucht in der Konsole wirklich GAR NICHTS auf, was auf einen Fehler hindeutet? Vielleicht kannst du die "letzten Zeilen" vor dem Absturz mal rauskopieren und hier posten.

Bei den 2010er i7ern gibt es seit einigen Monaten ein krasses Problem mit der nVidia 330 GT Grafikkarte, deren Treiber sich auch im Backtrace einer evtl. KP-Meldung befinden. Für Lion gibt's wohl einen Software-Fix, bei SL hat mir erst der Austausch des Logic Boards geholfen. Das Problem wurde über Monate hinweg tot geschwiegen, Apple hat erst letzte Woche offiziell dazu Stellung bezogen und den Fehler eingeräumt ...
 
So, erster RAM Riegel war es schon mal nicht, Test mit dem zweiten läuft dann ja hiermit bereits...

@ Olli: Das mit der Grafikkarte klingt schon einleuchtend... Schön wäre dann wenn einem so Hotline Ottos bei Apple zum formatieren raten... "Apple Adviser", immer wieder stark.

Thx for sharing. Tja, da lässt sich in der Tat nicht wirklich was finden - außer einer unserer Spezialisten hier an Board hat doch was entdeckt?

Defekter RAM könnte also in der Tat möglich sein und wird vom Hardwaretest gerne übersehen, führt allerdings m.W. nach eher zu Freezes, wo der Bildschirminhalt weiterhin angezeigt wird - sich nur nichts mehr bedienen / bewegen lässt.

Alternativ: Ich könnte mir durchaus auch einen Defekt der Grafikkarte vorstellen. Dies könntest du testweise mal folgenderweise als Grund ausschließen: Lade dir gfxcardstatus runter und lass dein Book mal eine Weile lang im Modus "Nur Integrated" laufen. Das klappt leider nur ohne externen Monitor. Wenn der Fehler immer noch auftritt, hast du zumindest schon mal einen Verursacher weniger. Falls sich der Fehler dadurch nicht mehr reproduzieren lässt, liegt's tatsächlich an der Grafikkarte.
