Photoshop crashes on startup/Photoshop startet nicht

Hallo, Leute!

Heute wollte ich PS CS5 öffnen und es hieß sofort "Programm wurde unerwartet beendet" - Vor ein paar Tagen lief es noch.
Ich habe einige Foren nach einer Lösung oder einem Hinweis durchsucht, bin allerdings nicht fündig geworden; bzw die Probleme, die ich geschildert fand, sahen jedes sehr speziell aus: Tag zuvor Drucker installiert, oder PS befindet sich auf case-sensitive festplatte etc. - Nichts davon trifft bei mir zu.
Ich habe vor einigen Tagen mit CleanMyMac die Caches bereinigt; könnte das mit der Ursache zusammenhängen? Allerdings weiß ich nicht mal, ob das vor oder nach der letzten PS Benutzung war.

Ich wäre über jede Hilfe sehr, sehr dankbar!

Hello, people!

Today my PS CS5 started repeatedly crashing on startup; just says "Program terminated unexpectedly" or the like. It worked fine until just now. Last time I used it was a couple of days ago. Searched the Internet for similar situations, but PS crashes seem to be rather individual and peculiar (p.e. installation of a certain printer the day before, program installed on case-sensitive HD etc.) none of their descriptions were matching mine.
The only thing which came to my mind I could have done that might correlate with this is I cleaned the caches using CleanMyMac some days ago. But then I don't even know if that was before or after I last used PS. (what do I know!!

I'd be glad for any help or suggestion!
