@ Thomas: Auf die Idee bin ich auch schon gekommen, aaaaber: (jezz kommt's *g*) für das Update auf 10.1.5 braucht man das Installer-Update. Hab ich mir runtergeladen, aber das lässt sich nicht installieren, weil das Volume nicht angeklickt werden kann (bleibt grau)
Platte reparieren hab ich gemacht.
Kamen folgende Meldungen: (nur die Fehlermeldungen)

Invalid volume directory count
(It should be 13143 instead of 13144)
Invalid volume file count
(It should be 55532 instead of 55536)
Volume Bit Map needs minor repair

Hat's dann aber scheinbar erfolgreich repariert. (stand zumindest da *g*)
Dann hab ich's noch mal mit der Installation von Panther probiert. Selbes Problem wie immer.
Das Installationsprotokoll sagt folgendes:

Reason: Target volume is damaged and cannot be repaired by the installer

Könnt ihr damit was anfangen?
Also mich verwirrt das nun doch... der Installer von OS 10.1 sagt, er hat die Festplatte repariert, und der von 10.3 sagt, sie is kaputt???
Allerdings funktioniert bis auf die Installation von 10.3 alles prima (10.1 geht problemlos, OS9.2 auch).... hab noch nix negatives bemerkt sonst.
