Internet funktioniert nur im Safe Boot

Hallo liebe MacUser,

ich bin neu hier - von daher Entschuldigung, falls ich das Thema falsch einsortiert habe.

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Macbook (von 2013, Mavericks), mein WLAN funktioniert im "normalen" Modus nicht mehr, es wird gar nicht mehr verbunden und ständig entweder keine IP-Adresse gefunden oder selbst eine vergeben, mit der nichts funktioniert.

Im Safe Modus geht mein Internet allerdings ohne Probleme.

Übrigens fährt mein Macbook im normalen Modus auch nicht mehr herunter, sondern bleibt beim Ladebalken hängen.

Habt ihr eine Idee, wie ich das Problem beheben kann?
Ich habe schon 15 Minuten mit dem Gravis Kundendienst telefoniert und einiges ausprobiert, allerdings kamen da eher Tipps wie WLAN aus machen oder alle Netze löschen, das hat allerdings nicht funktioniert.

Damit man etwas klarer sieht, lade dir mal das kostenlose Diagnosetool EtreCheck runter und poste die Ergebnisse hier. Ich hoffe du hast keine Antiviren-Programme und sonstige "Verbesserungstools" installiert! Bitte die Einträge von EtreCheck mit Code-Tags posten!

Du hast mit Intego und Avast gleich zwei Kandidaten auf dem Rechner, die meist für schwerwiegende Probleme bei Macs sorgen. Deinstalliere beide Programme mit dem, hoffentlich, mitgelieferten Uninstaller oder mache dich auf der jeweiligen Webseite schlau, wie man diese Programme RESTLOS entfernen kann. Ob deine Aktion erfolgreich war, kannst du dann selbst wieder mit EtreCheck überprüfen und kontrollieren ob die Daemons und Agents nicht mehr auftauchen.
 
2 Antiviren-Programme geht auch unter Windows nicht gut - beide raus wie YoungApple schon sagte und dann so belassen...
