iMac 2013 A1419 Kernel Panics

Hallo,
wie im anderen Thema erwähnt plagen meinen iMac nach dem Logicboard Tausch Kernel Panics.

Eckdaten:
27"
2013- A1419
i7 3.5 GHz
8GB Ram
nVidia GeForce GTX 780M mit 4GB
3 TB Fusion Drive

Hier der letzte Log:

Nachdem gestern die WLP von den Kontakten der CPU entfernt wurde lief der Mac über Stunden (allerdings mit nur 4GB Ram).
Heute habe ich die andere 4 GB wieder eingesteckt, und direkt beim zweiten Neustart Kernel Panic.
Momentan läuft der Mac seitdem.
Fragt sich nur wie lange...

was sagt denn der hardware test (auch zum RAM)?
memtest boot cd geht ja nicht, weil du kein laufwerk hast…

Also Hardwaretest (Diagnostics, da 2013er), kann ich nicht durchführem, da das Logicboard (noch) keine Seriennummer hat.
Falls das Board wieder defekt ist befürchte ich, kann ich es nicht mehr umtauschen, da schon eine Seriennummer draufgeflasht wurde.

Da ich aber einen baugleichen iMac habe (2013, 27", i5, GT755M mit 1GB, 8GB Ram, 256 GB SSD) habe ich dort den Ram eingebaut und den Test gestartet.
Nach 3 Minuten: Keine Fehler gefunden.

Hab den Mac mal von heute morgen 9 Uhr (da gab es den ersten Kernel Panic des heutigen Tages) angemacht.
Er lief bis ca. 20:30 ohne Pause (habe Musik laufen lassen).
Dann plötzlich schwarzer Bildschirm und er lässt sich wie immer nicht mehr starten- keine Reaktion nichts.

Der Fehler ist eigentlich bis jetzt meistens so weggegangen: Netzeilkabel (oberhalb- Signalkabel) vom NT und Logicboard trennen und wieder einstecken, bzw. wenn das nichts hilft NT komplett raus und alle Kabel trennen und dann wieder zusammenbauen.
Meistens geht der Mac dann sofort an (ohne Drücken des Power Buttons).
Dannach geht es einige Zeit (hab heute 10x an/ aus probiert.)

Der Powerbutton ist also in Ordnung.

Netzteil ist mittlerweile auch wieder getauscht, bei beiden der gleiche Fehler.

Bin langsam am verzweifeln und hab eigentlich keine Lust mehr auf Verdacht Teile zu tauschen.
Auch über einen Verkauf als defekt habe ich schon nachgedacht, mal schauen...

Also es bleibt eigentlich nur noch die CPU übrig (die ist nämlich noch die alte vom anderen Board).
Oder das neue Board hat einen Defekt.
