Hilfe, Kernel-panic vorbeugen!?

Hallo user,

ich habe vor kurzem mein MacBook aufgerüstet und seit dem immer wieder Kernel-panic-Meldungen bekommen. Könnte jemand bitte über die panic-log-Meldung drüberschauen und mir sagen, woran es liegen könnte?

Ich würde einfach gerne die Ursache finden und in Zukunft umgehen können.

aufgerüstet heisst mehr RAM rein gepackt?
sitzt es richtig?
RAM test schon gemacht mit dem hardware test?

Ja, ich habe von 2 auf 3GB aufgerüstet und eben alle Bausteine noch mal geprüft. Die Sitzen alle fest und werden auch ordnungsgemäß als 3GB angezeigt.

Was kann's noch sein?

dann weißt du, ob die riegel auch in ordnung sind...

Ich weiß nicht wie ausführlich der Speichertest von Apple ist, aber zumindest die ubuntu live CDs (Linux) bieten im Bootmenü einen Speichertest an. (memtest86 oder so ähnlich)

Ich fürchte ich bin ein NOOB!

Beide Tests, die ich versucht haben, haben mir nicht geholfen. Heißt: Ich bin nicht zum Memtest oder Hardwaretest gekommen.

1. Aktion war, Neustart und mit cmd+S in den Singleusermode zu wechseln und dort mit "memtest all 2" es zu probieren -> ging nicht, weil der Befehl nicht bekannt war, laut Meldung.

2. Aktion war, DVD einlegen, Neustarten, "D" drücken und dann weiterarbeiten, das hat auch nicht geklappt, weil "D" kein Hardwaretest starten ließ.

nimm mal die graue dvd, die mit beim rechner war.
dort steht auch hardware test drauf...

der single user mode hat keinen memtest mit dabei, das muss man erstmal selbst installieren...

ansonsten siehe den tipp mit der linux live cd, die musst du allerdings mit c oder alt starten...

Das dein RAM defekt ist, oder zumindest einer davon. Nimm mal einen Riegel raus, mach den Test und danach den anderen. Dann weißt du welcher es ist und kannst ihn entweder auf Garantie tauschen (wenn noch vorhanden) oder dir einen neuen kaufen.
