Gpsdrive auf dem Mac installieren

Hallo,

ich bin langsam am verzweifeln. Ich habe den halben Tag versucht gpsdrive auf meinem Mac zu installieren.
Aber nicht mit wirklich großen Erfolg.

Meinen ersten Versuch habe ich mit FinkCommander gestartet.
Fink installiert alles fleißig, aber wenn ich dann versuche gpsdrive über das Terminal zu starten kommt die Meldung Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:
Was mache ich falsch?

Als zweites habe ich mir das Paket gpsdrive-2.09.tar.gz runtergeladen. Über das Terminal mit tar -xvzf ... entpackt und dann im Ordner gpsdrive-2.09
./configure ausgeführt. Funktioniert soweit. Nun müßte ich make eingeben, aber da tut sich dann nichts.
Nur die Fehlermeldung: make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.
 Auch wenn ich mich als root anmelde tut sich nix.

Ich habe das große Xcode Paket 2.4 und zudem noch von der DVD X11 installiert.

Ich beherrsche zwar eine Handvoll Terminalbefehle, aber habe nicht wirklich Ahnung von Unix.
Wenn es jemand schon Erfolg hatte gpsdrive zu installieren, würde es mich freuen wenn er seine Erfahrung mit mir teilt.

Nein, habe ich jetzt aber versucht. Er findet gpsdrive nicht.
 
vielleicht ists nur ein pfadproblem? *cd* dich doch mal in das entprechende verzeichnis und versuchs nochmal ;)

Leider auch nicht.Finkcommander ist schön und gut, der arbeitet irgendwas runter, aber es bringt kein wirkliches Ergebnis.
Wenn ich das manuell kompilieren möchte, scheitere ich bereits daran dass ich den Quellcode nicht kompilieren kann.

./configure spuck mir das raus. Kann man da irgendeine Fehlermeldung erkennen?

Was steht denn in der letzten Zeile? Da Du xcode 2.4 bereits installiert hast:

Das ergab bei mir man gcc_select:

Ich habe es nochmal versucht es per Hand zu kompilieren, aber ich denke dem Programm fehlen irgendwelche Pakete. Vielleicht kann sich einer mal die Config.log anschauen ( siehe Anhang )

Wieso? da steht doch gcc >=3.x, ich habe aber die Version 4.0.1.
Also müßte das passen. Aber auch beim Versuch das umzustellen, bricht er ab und er gibt mir das aus:

Tut es nicht wie Du siehst, denn gpsdrive will einen gcc 3.x. Und ja, ich habe es ausprobiert, sonst hätte ich das kaum geschrieben.

Du hast jetzt aber nicht wirklich "gcc_select 3.x" getippt, oder?
