Firefox Problem / Webseiten werden nicht korrekt geladen...

aha und was is mit der hier?:

- org.mozilla.firefox.plist

und die prefs.js findet man übrigens nicht wenn man in spotlight "firefox" eingibt. find ich nicht sehr intuitiv

ja und was ist mit denen?:

Macintosh HD/Library/Mozilla/Global.regs
Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Mozilla/pkcs11.shlb
User/Library/Mozilla/Application Registry
User/Library/Mozilla/pluginreg.dat

löschen? behalten? woher weiß man welche man löschen muss? das meine ich mit "installer vergessen"…

und woher soll man das wissen? ich meine ein uninstaller würde einiges erleichtern.

Zum Deinstallieren nehme ich AppDelete (mal googlen), entfernt einiges mehr, als wenn man nur das Programm in den Papierkorb zieht.

und woher soll man das wissen? ich meine ein uninstaller würde einiges erleichtern.

einerseits ist ja so eine "Drag and Drop" Installation, auf den Mac, viel einfacher und schneller zu bedienen, als ein Installer, wie bei Windows.

und wenn man keinen Installer hat, gibt es eben auch keinen Uninstaller ;-)

Mac OS X ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox
Linux and Unix systems ~/.mozilla/firefox

Any version of Firefox that you install after removing Firefox 2 will continue to use the data from this profile folder.
