Entourage mit courier-IMAP

Hallo allerseits,
ich nutze auf meinen Servern als IMAPd den Courier. Nun habe ich aber in Entourage das Problem, dass es scheinbar meine Angabe für das "Stammverzeichnis" nicht berücksichtigt. Nach einigem googlen fand ich folgendes:

some technical context. This bug is related to a special behaviour of Courier IMAP server in regarding to INBOX. Courier uses “INBOX.” as a prefix of every personal folder, and “shared.” for shared folders, thus the “Junk” folder’s path is “INBOX.Junk” and the shared RSS archive is located at “shared.RSS.*“. There is an IMAP command to set the IMAP prefix folder automatically, but I haven’t yet seen any email client respecting this. This means that I have to add the account (in the “smart” wizzard) with an invalid password, to make sure that it doesn’t connect before I go to the Advanced settings and insert manually the “INBOX” string in the “IMAP Prefix” field.
The difference is that with the “INBOX” prefix, the folders would appear in the side bar inside a big “Account Name” icon. Without the prefix, the folders would appear inside the account’s Inbox folder inside the big “Inbox” icon.

Doch eben genau das funktioniert bei mir nicht. Wenn ich nach dieser Anleitung vorgehe, legt mir Entourage immerhin schonmal die Ordner "Gesendete / Gelöschte Objekte" und "Junk-E-Mail" selbstständig an - ohne die Angabe des Stammpfades meckert er, er dürfe das nicht.
Dennoch zeigt er mir die Ordnernamen als Unterordner von INBOX an - und nicht, wie gewünscht, als eigenständige Ordner in der side-bar.

Unter Win mit Outlook z.B. funktioniert das aber erst klassig - kann mir hier jmd. weiter helfen?
