Email Spam gesendet von meinem Hotmail Account!

ich hab ein nerviges Problem!

seit gestern (anscheinend) wird von meinem Hotmail Account aus Spam emails versendet.
Hier ist der Text:
Betreff ist "hello"

Das schlimmste daran ist, das es Empfaenger aus meinem Hotmail Adressbuch sind!
Die Kontakte bekommt er aus meiner MSN Messenger Liste.

Nun, was kann ich dagegen machen? Ein Freund hat sich schon beschwert.
Hab das Passwort mal geaendert. Sonst nocht was?

In der letzten Zeit habe ich diese Hotmail Email nur bei Plaxo angegeben bzw. ich hab mich dort registriert.
