Hallo, ich habe auf einem Quicksilver mit 10.3.9 ein großes Problem mit dem Distiller Pro 6.0.2. Wenn ich ihn öffnen möchte schlisst er sich sofort wieder und möchte einen Fehlerbericht an Apple senden, auch löschen aller Prefs bringt nichts, habe ihn auch schon neu installiert auch kein Erfolg. Das komische ist aber, wenn ich mit einem anderen Benutzer starte dann funzt er, nur nicht unter dem Benutzer den ich benötige, was kann ich tun, muss ich den Benutzer löschen un neu anlegen, das kann doch nicht sein bei nur einer nicht funkz´tionierenden Software! Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich denn noch?? Danke Euch schon mal!
 
Das klingt nach Rechte reparieren.
Also System Cd bzw. DVD einlegen und Rechte reparieren.
 
hi,

das gleiche habe ich jetzt aktuell:

aktuellstes system auf g4 quicksilver mit aktuellstem acrobat.

rechte habe ich schon repariert, sogar das acrobat deinstalliert (über uninstall) und neu installiert. nix. distiller versucht zu öffnen und stürzt dabei ab.

wer hat eine idee?

Befindet sich im Pfad zum Acrobat-Ordner bzw. in
deiner Volume-Bezeichnung ein Sonderzeichen?

ja, adminrechte habe ich.
nein. keinerlei sonderzeichen.....

der distiller funktionierte die ganze zeit problemlos.

Was steht im Programmfenster wenn der Distiller
abstürzt bzw. was macht er dann gerade?

Öffnest du den Distiller manuell?
 
hi,

ich öffne den distiller manuell oder auch zum pdf-distillieren im hintergrund.

beim manuellen öffnen kommt er bis zu "schriftinformationen werden gesammelt", da braucht er recht lange und dann geht das fenster zu.

Dann liegt es an einer oder mehreren Schriften, die nicht
in Ordnung sind.

Hast du bewusst etwas an den Systemschriften oder
den Adode-eigenen Schriften verändert?
 
... bewusst nicht.

ich habe ein paar kundenschriften erhalten für einen auftrag.

vielleicht ist da eine dabei, die nicht mag.....

das müsste anderen programmen doch auch schwierigkeiten bereiten?

DISTILLER startet wieder

hallo,

HATTE das gleiche problem (g4, apple studio display, schriftsammlung mac os x 10.4.4).
distiller - schriftüberprüfung - absturz.
bei benutzerwechsel startete distiller wieder.
ALLES ausprobiert - vergebens!!!

MEINE LÖSUNG: bei mir lags daran, das ich meinen monitor
testhalber kalibriert hatte und ihm dann das profil zugewiesen habe.
egal welcher benutzer; sobald ich ihm das profil zugewiesen hatte startete distiller nicht mehr oder verabschiedetet sich. auch wenn ich in acrobat das gleiche/kein profil zugewiesen hatte.

eigenes profil gelöscht! - jetzt distilliert er wieder bei jedem benutzer (-;

guten tag,

ich habe nun alle schriften, die ich in letzter zeit geladen hatte, in der schriftensammlung wieder rausgeworfen und habe die restlichen überprüfen lassen, "kritische" ebenfalls entfernt.

und siehe da: der distiller geht wieder auf! (neustart vorher gemacht)

da freuen wir uns doch........ :D

Hallo, ich habe jetzt in Suitcase alle Schriften deaktiviert, und in der Schriftenverwaltung habe ich alle biis auf die notwendigen im System auch deaktiviert, danach Rechte repariert und den Font Cache gelöscht! Aber kein Erfolg, beim starten immer das gleiche bei den Schrifteninformationen schmiert er ab! Was kann ich noch tun????
