Ciphire-Mail will nicht

Hallo!

Ich wollte mir eben Ciphire Mail installieren. Dabei handelt es sich um einen etwas komfortableren Mail-Verschlüssler als GnuPG & Co.

Jetzt will er mir aber keine Mailadresse verschlüsseln. Immer kommt keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail, sondern eine Nachricht folgenden Inhalts:

The creation of a Ciphire account has been requested for 'adresse@domain.com'.
While attempting to create the Ciphire certificate a problem occurred.

This is the challenge email sent by the Ciphire Certification Authority to
each user during initialization. The email should have been processed
by your Ciphire Mail client and should not have been received by your
email client in this unprocessed form.

This may be due to one of the following reasons:

- you are reading your email via a webmail system
- Ciphire Mail is not installed on your computer
- there is a configuration problem with your Ciphire Mail installation
- your email client may be configured to retrieve only messages of a
- certain size. Make sure that you can receive emails of at least 30 kByte.
- an anti-virus or anti-spam tool on your computer interferes with
your Ciphire Mail client
- someone else has invoked certificate creation for your email
address

Das passiert bei jeder Adresse, die ich verschlüsseln will, sogar bei Adressen, die ich neu auf meiner Domain erstelle. Bin irgendwie mit meinem Latein am Ende... ist das ein Bug oder sowas?

Gibt's vielleicht ähnlich gut zu nutzende Alternativen? Hatte Ciphire-Mail schonmal Anfang 2005 installiert gehabt und genutzt, da lief's gut, aber nur mit meiner (alten) Arbeits-Mailadresse, die ich längst nicht mehr nutze... eine doppelte Vergabe ist also ausgeschlossen.
