VPN-Verbindung will nicht :(

Hallo,

ich muss mich für einen Autraggeber mit dessen PPTP-VPN verbinden. Das allerdings will nicht klappen.

Ich habe alles in den Netzwerkeinstellungen richtig und nach Anleitung vom Auftraggeber eingerichtet (mehrfach kontrolliert!).

Wenn ich jetzt verbinde, passiert einige Zeit nichts, dann kommt die Fehlermeldung, es wäre keine Verbindung möglich (siehe Screenshot).

Nun habe ich also mal in die Logs geschaut und irgendwie scheint das Problem nicht am VPN zu liegen, sondern schon davor: Der VPN-Dienst will sich scheinbar nicht nicht mit dem Netzwerk (Airport) verbinden. Im Log stehen dann solche Meldungen:

Hat jemand von Euch eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte? Ich bin mit meinem Latein am Ende, Firewalls an und aus hat schonmal nichts gebracht, Alle Ports forwarden auch nicht (PPTP liegt auf 1723) die gewünschte Wirkung erzielt... was tun?

Lösung gefunden, ich bin so ein Depp...

Die Alice-Box kann ja auch PPPoE-Passthrough. Also habe ich meine Airport Express einfach so eingerichtet, dass sie sich selbst ins Netz einwählt. Et voilá - es geht!

Was für ein verschenkter Nachmittag *grrrr*
