Startton ausschalten?

Kann mir jemand sagen, ob/wie ich den nervigen Startton meines macbooks ausschalten kann? macht sich in der bibliothek nicht besonders gut.

Hallo,

der Kollege war ein Paar Minuten schneller als ich
Alternativ zu dem Werkzeug kann ich das Tinker Tool empfehlen, es bietet u.a. ebenfalls die Möglichkeit den Startton abzuschalten.

Schaltest du das MacBook etwa aus? Es hat doch sogar den SaveSleep!

Ich muss es mittlerweile regelmässig zwei mal die woche neustarten wegen der vielen updates die immer einen neustart erzwingen ( es sind ja nicht nur osx updates sondern auch von der anderen software).

ALso bin ich froh wenn ich ihn abstellen kann. Ich benutze jetzt den psst deamon. der braucht aber 300 MB virtual memory. Geht es mit den tinker tools ohne dienst?
